Ms. Yasmin Siddiqi joined ADB in 2007 and had led project conceptualization, loan and technical assistance processing, and administration of complex loans. Ms. Siddiqi continues to drive knowledge solutions on water security, irrigation management, integrated water resources management and innovative financing including private sector participation. She is lead author in key water publications, including the Asian Water Development Outlook 2016, and an organizer of several water events including the ADB Second Asian Irrigation Forum. She also plays an active role in the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) Program and in the strategic planning of agriculture and natural resources in the Central and West Asia region.
Ms. Siddiqi is a British national. She is a chartered civil engineer (UK) and has a post-graduate degree in irrigation engineering (UK).
