Mr. Jiangfeng Zhang is leading and supporting the development, design, and implementation of agriculture, natural resources, and rural development projects. His work covers policy, institutional, financing, and technological support to inclusive, climate-resilient, and environmentally sustainable agriculture and rural development for enhanced agriculture competitiveness and food security.
Mr. Zhang holds a doctoral degree in agricultural and resource economics and a masters in statistics from the University of California, Berkeley, USA.
