As the President of Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC), Arrey is tasked with the responsibility of transforming the 2,367-hectare Clark Civil Aviation Complex (CCAC) into the premier global civil aviation logistics hub of Southeast Asia. With over 20 years of experience in managing national government projects and programs, Arrey possesses the skills and expertise necessary to lead the implementation of the seven flagship projects. These projects include the National Food Terminal, the Entertainment and Events Hub, the Urban Renewal and Heritage Conservation Program, the Dolores RiverPark Rainwater Management Project, the upgrading and expansion of road networks and utilities, the New CRK Direct Access Link, and the New CIAC headquarters.
Arrey's background in public administration, urban and regional planning, and public-private partnerships enables him to pursue ventures and partnerships that create value and impact for the CCAC, the Clark Freeport and Economic Zone, and the country. He has a strong network of private and government stakeholders, as well as international exposure to business-to-business meetings and investment roadshows. Additionally, he is passionate about organizing and hosting sports events and facilities, such as the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup and the 2019 Southeast Asian Games, which showcased the world-class amenities and services of the New Clark City.
His goal is to position Clark Airport as a catalyst for economic growth, social development, and environmental sustainability in the region and beyond.
