Asad has been working with the Asian Development Bank for the last about 15 years in water resources management, portfolio administration and post-disaster response investments. Before ADB he has worked as consultants with national firms as well as government organizations. He has a master’s degree in Infrastructure Management from Japan and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Pakistan. Asad is now a Senior Project Officer for water resources in the agriculture, natural resources, food security and rural development unit of ADB.
