Kat Coballes is a Climate Change Officer under the Central and West Asia Department, Environment and Natural Resources Division of the ADB. Prior to her employment in ADB, she served as the Climate Change Attaché at the British Embassy Manila. She also has over a decade of experience as a development worker/specialist as part of the National Economic and Development Authority of the Philippines, where she headed a division that deals with environment and climate change.
Kat has a degree on Forest and Nature Conservation from the Wageningen University and Research Center and a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from the University of the Philippines.
